As soon as we receive your confirmation, about 72 hours are needed before you will receive your digital menu and the log-in credentials for your management system. You can then start using Dishcovery right away.
Yes, you can choose the features that you prefer and think best suit your business. You will have a digital menu and access to the management system as standard, but you can add other features depending on your sales targets. For example, you can choose Table Orders without the Payment feature, or just the Digital Menu for viewing.
The Dishcovery menu is completely customisable by yourself: from the management system, you will be able to change prices, dishes and drinks in real time. For example, in a few steps, you can change the menu of the day just before service starts.
Yes, you can set up a maximum number of orders to be taken for each time slot, so you can organise work as best as possible during peak hours.
Your diners will be able to decide whether to pay in cash at the time of delivery or collection of the order, or they can proceed with digital payments by credit card, PayPal or Satispay.

The Flex Plan is highly customisable; the commission for each order varies from 0.9% to 1.9% and depends on your type of business, on how many covers you have, on how many orders you get, etc. This is why we recommend contacting us to get a tailor-made quote just for you.
